§ 70-27. No parking areas.

  • No parking is allowed on the following streets and roads:

    (1)

    The portion of Ringold Street lying between its intersection with Pine Street and Poplar Street and on that portion of College Street lying between Hume Street and Ringold Street, to include, but not be limited to, the street itself. The adjoining rights-of-way are declared a no parking area in order to provide for the orderly flow of traffic at all times.

    (2)

    It is forbidden to park at any time on the paved surface of Van Hoosen Road from its intersection with the south right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No. 31 and No. 29 within the corporate limits of the town.
